1. An engagement fee of $2,990 (incl. GST) is payable on signing a binding Design and Construct contract for a granny flat with Brickwood Homes in NSW. The engagement fee includes engagement of a surveyor to conduct initial site survey, architect to prepare floor plans, structural and hydraulic engineer if required and certifier for CDC approval. Additional fees apply for specialist consultants not listed above, council fees or permits and if a DA is required.

2. The engagement fee is non-refundable after the cooling off period expires and services have commenced including if CDC is not issued. CDC approval is not guaranteed as approval is subject to independent assessment by a private certifier and relevant planning laws.

3. The balance of the 10% deposit becomes payable once CDC is issued.

4.  If the owner repudiates the contract after the cooling off period expires, the builder may be entitled to terminate and retain (or recover) 10% of the contract price in addition to other remedies as outlined in the contract.

5. This is a limited-time offer valid for contracts signed with Brickwood Homes before 30 April 2025.

6. Brickwood Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to the execution of a binding contract.
